creating websites

How do you create a website like this one and anyone want to help me I will need some other clan leaders.

Not to encourage you to leave us or anything, but I'll give you a few tips if you need them. I've tried to create my own, but I tend to lose interest too fast.
For a start, you'd want to sign yourself up with proboards, invisionfree, or a similar free board host. You automatically get admin, and can start setting up your site. Some things would suggest would be posting your rules, a few guidelines, and a warrior code. You might want to set up at least one board for each Clan, should you choose to have more than one. Decent graphics and a few bits of fancy coding always come in handy if you want to attract more people. You should think about it first though. See how many people are willing to join, make sure your rules aren't too strict or too loose. And be sure that you can be dedicated to it. There's hardly a thing worse than a lazy or inactive leader.
