As soon as the revolution ended,
the Capitol took back control and
created a game to keep the
Districts in line. After they destroyed
district 13, they created the Hunger
Games. In these games a boy and
a girl from each district would go
off to fight to the death in the
Hunger Games. This is the beginning
of a great and horrible rein.
