All of the Leader positions are filled, so nobody can be a leader. The only Deputy position that's open is in DuskClan. All Meddie positions are open....except in DuskClan. And besides that everything is open. After 5 Warriors are in a Clan then that Clan will be taking 3 Apprentices. After three Apprentices are that clan then everybody who joins that Clan will start out as a Kit. Also note that it does not matter to me if you use names from the books!
