Dawnpaw paced back and forth, she was loosing her cool, and even in her favorite place she was itching to tear her claws into someone just to make them hurt.
She was extreamly angry at the fact that she was a medicine cat apprentice, she had learned almost every herb annd were they were found, yet she NEVER healed anyone because nobody was there to get hurt.
"I think my claws are throbing to heal someone elses pain!" She squealed, she scratched at the soft dirt were another cat had once dug up their mouse.
Dawnpaw began to wounder why she ever wanted to be a medicine cat in the first place. Love was out of the question...she could be hunting or fighting right now, atleast doing something other than gathering herbs that she wouldnt use on a cat that wasnt there. Her mentor was hardly ever in camp too.
A sadness hit her. Where were all the trouble making kits? "WE HAVE NONE!" She hissed. Where were all the boasting warriors and heartfelt, accident prone apprentices. "STILL NOTHING!" She kicked up dirt. Then it hit her. "Blood?" She bent down and scented very stale Thunderclan on it, along with the Shadowclan she-cat that came into her dream once, Dawnheart. She sat down and sighed. "Where is everyone? I feel like a loner in a large tunnel of darkness. I feel lost and alone...I havnt even seen my mother around mutch anymore."

Scarletpaw looked through the brambles into shadowclan territory.The clan he once was from.He looked and saw a she-cat.Dawnpaw,the medicinecat,was yelling her heart out. He paddes into the clearing and watched her sniff something.He smiled then crouched down and stalked his way towards her.He then pounced and barrled into her."ha score one for riverclan!"

[Dovekit]

Dawnpaw wasnt expecting that and spun around when he did. "GET OUTA HERE YOU OVERFED WATER LOVING CREEP!" She yowled and flaled her claws at him. She knew the basic fighting moves to keep her alive in a battle and she knew how to hunt well if she ever needed to. She had to now, to feed herself. She got upand shook her fur. "Go BACK were you belong fleeba-" She stopped. "Scarletkit?" She asked him. Her eyes got wide in the site of her old friend. "Look Im sorry for clawing you but your in 'Riverclan' now." She shuttered as that word slithered through her teeth. "You realy must go!"

[Scarletpaw]

"I'm scarletpaw now and why shoud i leave?I have nowhere to go,no one to return to.Im just a spark af fire in the wind".Scarletpaw pawed at the ground ,memories rushing back to him.

[Ivystar]

Ivypelt stalked quietly through the marshes of ShadowClan. A rabbit his Clan desperately needed had raced across the Thunderpath and Ivypelt had decided to pursue it because the prey supply was dwindling in the waning moments of Leaf-fall. He had finally relieved the rabbit of its life but became lost in enemy territory in the process. The now-dead rabbit had led the deputy through a swamp so tracing his scent back was deemed impossible.
Annoyance bubbled through him as the knowledge of the virtually undefended WindClan camp became more vivid in his mind. His futile explorations for a whiff of his own scent led him until he heard the angry shouting of young cats. Curiosity brought the calico tom to the edge of the clearing where he slunk into the shadows and watched the turn of events. The ShadowClan medicine cat apprentice was pushing the fat RiverClan apprentice to leave the territory. Fat fish-eaters! They never have known the real meaning of hunger. Maybe if their precious river dried up they might know how the rest of us struggle this time of year. Ivypelt slunk deeper into the marsh grass he was hiding in with the knowledge of how poorly his pelt camoflauged with the marsh plants.

[Dovekit]

"She nudged him over the border. "Because I said so!" She shook her fur.
"Slimy, fish eating, overfed, budles of flee covered fur." She hissed to herself as she continued gathering her useless herbs.
She then caught wiff of the Windclan deputy, Ivypelt. "Oi!" She hissed. "WHAT DO YOU WANT IVYPELT?!" She yowled through the marigold. "Cant you cats see Im bussy?!"
"Plus...Im NOT in the mood."

[Ivystar]

Ivypelt forced himself to stifle a smirk as he replied calmly," Now that you ask, what I want is out of this miserable swamp but I appear to have lost my way." He then realized the rabbit at his feet was not going to soothe the exacerbated apprentice and continued," This idiotic ball of fluff decided that I posed enough of a threat to go into this worthless puddle of muck. I can't say I blame its hesitation but its suffering was in vain."
Ivypelt, just to really steal Dawnpaw's temper mewed," I'm surprised to see you not show much aggression towards me, I after all am an enemy warrior. I'm honored that you obviously revere me but is it also that you are afraid that I would leave a few scratches in your hide. I suppose my generalization of medicine cats calling for help is correct in this case." The calico deputy then sat back and prepared to enjoy the reaction.

Scarletpaw smelled the outher cat and sighed.He was bored,riverclan was such a boring place sometimes. Who could he play with?Bluekit was a kit and leopardpaw was as boring as a peice of carrion. He looked up at the callico deputy and sighed,great another person to get mad at him.

[Ivystar]

Ivypelt began to notice his surroundings more and realized he had not verbally abused the plump apprentice looking rather bored near Dawnpaw. He put two and tow together quickly and demanded," Did you cross WindClan territory? Why did you enter my territory? Has your mentor not taught you better? I thought Amberstar prided herself with training her warriors better, but it must not have taken with you." Ivypelt heard a crackle of a twig snapping in the distance and decided to lower his voice. The two apprentices allied he could take, the two apprentices and more company form ShadowClan, Ivypelt knew not to over-judge his fighting ability.

Scarletpaw fliced at each word the cat said and sighed.He had no mother and no mentor how could he learn the ways of the world without them?"I have no mentor and amberstar has not trained me much.This has been my first time out of the camp in a while".

[Ivystar]

Ivypelt decided to berated the apprentice even more, this time with a hushed voice," No mentor, you shouldn't be telling an enemy warrior things like that. Never tell an enemy things that could make your Clan look weak. Amberstar really hasn't spent much time on you. But did you sneak out or was it your first time out of camp supervised? I sincerely doubt the warrior watching you would have allowed you to intrude on two different Clan's territories."

[Dovekit]

Dawnpaw hissed at all the chatting. "Look you two are BOTH intruding!" She padded up to Ivypelt.
"The only reason I am not attacking you is forth I am a medicine cat apprentice...although I wish I wernt." She meowed.
"Although I dont see as many badgers...I never wanna meet one of those again!"

[Ivystar]

" Badger? When did you ever meet a badger? Sparkstar would have mentioned it at the gathering. Your namesake was killed by one but you yourself have never met one." Confusion coursed through Ivypelt as he responded to the rest of her speech," You wish you weren't a medicine cat? Then why did you not ask to be something else?" Ivypelt realized his voice's magnitude and lowered it quickly.

[Scarletpaw]

Scarletpaw stared confused at the cats arguing.Not wanting to be a medicine cat?badger? What was all this about?

[Dovekit]

She tilted her head. ''Hmmm...I sapose your correct, It must have been a dream." She meowed. 'And because...THERE IS NOBODY AROUND!" She hissed suddenly.
"Im sorry but you two realy mut go, before my mother, or someone else shows up and blames me for all of this!" She nudged the fat Riverclan apprentice on his way. "You too Ivypelt." She meowed.
"Although I rather not nudge you. Your mutch higher ranked than me."

[Swiftstar]

Swiftbreeze padded along the swamp, warm mud squashing beneath her pads. Aah, I love that feeling... Warm mud. Her pleasant thoughts interrupted by her daughters screaming. Swiftbreeze sighed, poor Dawnheart, what could be wrong. She started off in the direction of the screams. Then her ears perked up when she heard the VERY audible "Okay! You're both trespassing!!" come from her daughter. Swiftbreeze sped up, barreling to the voices. Oh great, just what I need, scraps for a daughter. thought Swiftbreeze facetiously.

She saw them, and skidded right in front of her daughter. She saw some fat apprentice, obviously of RiverClan due to the stench he was putting off. She also saw Ivypelt. She looked at him, and said "We may be friends, but you're threatening my daughter, AND tresspassing on my territory. Those are some of my top concerns. As I said before, we may be friends." She leaned in closer, and whispered in his ears

"But I will end you."

She smiled at Ivypelt, and nudged him, saying "Now go, and take you probably stolen rabbit with you."

[Ivystar]

Ivypelt smirked at the arrival of the ShadowClan deputy and scoffed at his threat as he murmured back," You will end me? Me? I'd love to see you try. Over half of my waking life has been without the annoyances of your ego. I'm glad you could join us."
The deputy sniffed and finally the putrid air of the Thunderpath found its way into his nostrils. He followed the scent a his whisper of "Arrogant youngster" was lost in the wind and the fur of his kill as he left the swamps of ShadowClan.

[Dovekit]

"He was thretning me...we were only arguing." She giggled half heartedly.
Then her smile soon faded. "GET OUT OF HERE SCARLET!" She snarled at the Riverclan cat. "You rotten Riverclan peice of slimy fish!" She spoke like her namefer, Dawnheart. Dawnpaw turned back to her mother.
"...you were saying?"

Scarletpaw ran trough the forest tears welling in his eyes.dawnpaw,the grubby shadowclan cat,had something he didn't.A mother.He finally ended up in riverclan in "his" sad spot by the river.

[Dovekit]

She watched him run off crying. Suddenly she stood up. 'W-Was I to mean?!" She asked her mom, a worried look in her green eyes, she looked so mutch like Dawnheart at this time she could easily be her twin.
"I hope not, he seems like a nice cat...but hes..RIVERCLAN." She put emphasis on her least favorite clan. "I mean Windclan are my friends, they are all ok, and Thunderclan ehhh...but Riverclan? They arnt real cats! I think they are part..dog..or something."

[Swiftstar]

She saw the two trespassers off her land, and turned back to her kit. She said "Now, don't worry. They were on our territory, and we did the right thing to get them off it. Next gathering, you could see them in a friendly way. Okay?" She smiled at Dawnpaw, and nudged her off in the direction to camp. She looked over, and mewed "Let's head back. You should be hungry. I heard you were mad about not healing anyone. That's a good thing, That means that no cats are hurt. Plus, you should ask Icecloud about interpreting signs from StarClan. That is one of the most important jobs you can do." She smiled, and trotted off to camp.

[Dovekit]

"I already know how!" She protested. "I knew how when I was small, that was the first thing I learned." She rolled her green eyes.
She nodded and trotted after her mother and sneered under her breath.
