So what did we do in 2009 that got EVERYONE to be all active and stuff? Also, why are there now only like 8 people in the clan board? Where did everyone go? *crickets*
Well then, I think we should each be given a specific job and stick to it. I think around the time of the plague we made too many really weird changes that killed us. So why don't we each get a specific job to do that changes something desperately in need of changing? I see you have already kinda done that... But what should I do?

What should we do with the gathering? should we still do it?

Yeah! That's kind of a staple for warriors. But we made or gatherings strange because basically when I was a 'paw, I just sat there and talked to the cats around me and then the leaders would post immediately after me and it would be a completely different conversation. OHH IDEA!

What I under the "Gathering" board we had sub boards for apprentices, warriors, med cats, and one for leaders/deputies!!! Then have another board for announcements that only the leaders posted on and everyone could go there and read what the leaders would've said at the gathering. Got it? That way it would be less chaotic and you wouldn't have to wait for certain people to post so the threads would always stay moving.

PM us a list of all of the members you're thinking of deleting, we need to look at them first before deleting them. Some people just have low post counts, but were amazing and active members that probably just forgot about this site. So no deletion without verifying! I know a LOT of old members, I'll help with that.

something you guys might want to look in to is just making a completely new site. it's so much more easier. you would keep everything the same, but it would eliminate the need for moving threads and such. it's easy to do if you're not lazy and actually work to get things done.

Yeah, let's not change the site. It would be a lot of work and all of the members love this place! Plus, not everything is bad around here! A lot of the things are good, they just need revamping! As for the Gathering, it's a good idea but instead of having "warriors", "apprentices," etc... I think we should have different places in Fourtrees. For example, The Tall Trees, the Beach, or whatever we want to call it. That way apprentices don't have to talk to just apprentices and that stuff. I know when I was an apprentice, I was the only one lol and so I talked to warriors and elders and stuff. This happens in the actual books too. Just food for thought...

I remember working so hard to memorize the link in like 2008 lol. That was when the .proboards had a number like 58 after it... Or something. I repeated it over and over trying to remember haha! Good times.

And on gatherings, I don't think different boards for the same thing is really a great way to do it... There has to be a way though, I'll think on it k?
