I do like the first one, but I really don't want to have sidebars anymore if possible. I was thinking that I'd maybe go to support and get someone to design a header that would stay still even when you scrolled down the page. Imagine a thin menu that never moves, kind of like what's on facebook. The options are always available. And that way, we could put the forum jump up there, and you wouldn't have to scroll down to the bottom of the page anymore, etc.
Once I get that sorted out, I might ask someone to help me create a skin. But I do like the kitties on that one skin.

This new skin is pretty! However, on the bottom of my screen here is a repeat of the top of the skin. Oh well. Its still pretty cool!

Yeah, I resized it a few times and it keeps doing that. I'll just have to resize it again. Gimme a little bit, and I'll get it looking alright.

Thanks. ;D So, I'm going to redo the buttons. How do you think they should look? I was thinking that maybe I'd have them in the shape of leaves? Or paw prints? Or random cute kitty cartoons? What do you think? *later* If they had cute kitty cartoons, this is what they would look like (maybe not exactly since they're just a prototypes):   |

I like those the best! They match the backround perfectly! Maybe the words can be green to match the text color.

Cool. I changed the text to green on those two, and I'm now going through and creating additional buttons for the top of the screen. I think I'll just have simple buttons for other buttons, like "reply" and "print" since they would take up too much space otherwise, and might seem sloppy. For those, I was considering black with yellow type, or black with green type. What do you think? *later* Here are some more samples:       |

I typed "cat silhouette" into google. That's how I found the originals, and then I modified them a bit.
I'm gonna go try them out and see what they look like really quickly. Then I'll begin making the small buttons.

True dat. I'm gonna try to advertise sometime this week to fill the position. I'm just so freaking busy these days! I'm writing a research paper, and revising my short stories, and trying to keep up with my research methods book, and planning for my internship, etc etc etc. Not to complain. I'm loving it. It's just difficult. And hectic.
