The small chocolate shaded tortie was playing in the kits den. Chasing a lost butterfly that had went in there. She was only but 4 moons old. Fernkit had lost her mother and father at a young age. Only but 2 moons old. She loved to play with the other kits and tusle in the grass with them. But she loved to sunbathe. When Dogstar wasn't making the warriors do chores, Fernkit liked to play with them and listen to the latest news on the battlefront. But her favorite thing to do was to sit in the medicine den and look at all the pretty herbs. She would constanly ask questions and poke around. Sometimes trying to be a medicnie cat. Not playing with the dangerous ones though. Only cobweb and marigold. She felt like she was home, like she belonged, when she was in the medicine den. It was something she did every day of the week. It as her passion. Her life.
