So I've seen a few movies in theaters lately, which is rare for me since I usually don't have money to spare.
The other week, I saw The Hobbit, then Les Miserables, then Django. Have any of you seen these? I really wanna talk to someone about them!!!

UGH I NEED TO SEE THE HOBBIT. NOW.
I have an unhealthy obsession with Lord of the Rings. Literally Icey and I finished the video game in 18 hours. Basically straight of playing. Ive watched the movies COUNTLESS times and can basically quote the entire series. I have an unhealthy obsession with Legolas too. You know what I'll make this it's own thread sometime. But anyhoo...
LES MIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never seen it. I. Need. To. I will become a restless spirit if I die without seeing it. I will never rest. I want to insanely bad. No... I need to. Are they good Frody?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

The trilogy is amazing. You should really read the books before you see the movies...
I did not like The Hobbit. I didn't think it was anything like the amazingness of the trilogy. It was way too cheesy, and they really stretched it out. And it's a prologue to LOTR, but since it's been 10 years, all of the actors look MUCH older, so it kinda ruined it a bit for me. That and they freaking screwed up the troll scene which was one of the highlights of the book. All and all, I'd give it a 2.5 out of 4. Costuming and music were still epic, and Smaug the Dragon (what we saw of him) was well animated. I loved the riddles scene with Golem.
As for Les Mis, IT WAS AMAZING. It's really, REALLY long, and they really should have had an intermission, but holy crap it was wonderful. Anne Hathaway made me cry. Like really, I was choking back tears for at least 10 minutes in the middle, and then again with the soldier scene. Just excellent. I'll warn you though: it will be odd at first. Every word for the first hour at least is sung, not spoken. They only speak about 100 words total, and everything else is sung. It took a while to get used to, but it was incredible.
I really wanna talk to someone who has seen Django Unchained. COME FORTH MOVIE GOERS!!!

I SAW TH HOBBIT. It was amazing. But I haven't read the book yet. But it was still amazing. (Again, unhealthy obsession with LOTR.)

I have only seen the first LOTR movie but I've read the books multiple times. I could have watched the entire trilogy if not for my stubbornness about watching exclusively the extended edition. I liked the LOTR movie that I've seen better than the Hobbit. Of course, I liked the LOTR books better than the Hobbit, so my opinion may be biased. But who agrees Martin Freeman is the BEST BILBO EVER?

I saw Warm Bodies! My friends pushed me to watch it even though I wanted to read the orginal story before seeing it. I really liked that twist of comedy with Zombies. I found myself laughing quite often during the movie, which is rare for me. Typically I don't care for the overused undead topic, but the movie excueted the idea perfectly in my opinion!

I was worried that Warm Bodies would be catered to the Twilight crowd. I hate Twilight. Hate. It.
